The famous American carol "We Three Kings" (of Orient Are) was written in 1857 by Rev. John Henry Hopkins. He wrote this carol for a Christmas pageant at the General Theological Seminary in New York City.
This is a fairly straight forward and useful arrangement that has been designed to give each instrument an interesting part to play with a number of different groups playing the melody and accompaniment. Optional String parts (Not on score) are included. Parts for F and Eb Horns, Eb and Bb Bass are also included. It should work well with choir or congregations singing the traditional words. Any suggestions or comments welcome.
