This tune was written in memory of my late father - Walter James Elliget, (aka "Sir Walter") a sailor during World War II and a musician in the Navy as well….He loved Celtic music and he loved to dance! Let me know what you think. It is a simple jig-like tune repeated several times building each time with additional instruments and counter melodies, The middle section, the Lament, is also a variation of this theme with some minor chords added. Parts for Eb and F Horns included.
